
Former president Donald Trump was arraigned in a Miami federal court on Tuesday, June 13th. Trump was charged with 37 counts of obstruction and mishandling classified documents. In a crowded, chaotic, and sweaty scene on Tuesday, thousands of Trump supporters gathered just outside the federal building, cheering the president on while denouncing the federal investigation against him.

Dominic Santana, who showed up to the Miami protest wearing a jailhouse uniform, gives an interview a couple of hours before being tackled and arrested for jumping in front of Trump’s motorcade as it was leaving the courthouse on Tuesday.

In anticipation of large crowds, Miami Police Department stationed hundreds of officers as a precaution against potential violence. However, the event carried on peacefully for the most part, with the occasional shouting match between counter-protesters.
